Mr. Rudge joined the Bank in 1995, when Unibanco acquired Banco Nacional. On April 30, 2004 was elected Vice-President of Unibanco Seguros e Previdência. He is also Executive president of Unibanco AIG Seguros e Previdência and serves the board at Fenaseg (National Federation of Insurers). Prior to joining Unibanco, he worked for 9 years at Sul América Seguros and, from 1985 to 1987, served as an Officer at Bradesco Seguros, responsible for the insurance activities management in the State of São Paulo and for Bradesco's international operations. He also was CEO of Nacional Seguros from 1987 to 1995. Holds a degree in Business Administration from the Business Administration School of São Paulo (FASP).
