I came to Bayview as a technical project manager to help out with multiple projects in the voice operations department. After six months there was a restructure and I was offered the position of Director of Web Services group. What attracted me to the company was its history of continuous solid growth, the positive feedback I got from vendors who had worked with them and the opportunity to get in almost at ground level with a dynamic company in the lending industry. The culture here is great; everyone is truly committed to getting the job done and are always willing to help out. Management provides plenty of room for opportunities and are willing to listen and support new ideas. This is great because it allows you to grow through new challenges. Bayview as a whole is truly a leading company within its own rights and niche market. I am proud of working for Bayview and I look forward to many years to come. |
