As Vice-President of Planning and Development, Jonathan oversees planning, leasing and development for the company's Elizabeth Avenue project. Elizabeth Avenue is a six block urban redevelopment on the edge of downtown Charlotte. Plans are to include over 250,000 square feet of retail, over 300,000 square feet of office space, 800 apartments and condominiums and a hotel. Jonathan brings extensive sales, leasing, property management and entrepreneurial expertise to his position and was recently recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the city’s top 40 Under 40 young professionals for his business and community service. Currently, Jonathan serves on the board of directors for The Family Center and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). Jonathan received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
