Jonathan Auerbach is Managing Director of Auerbach Grayson & Company Incorporated, a brokerage firm which specializes in providing international securities research, execution, and settlement for U.S. institutions through a partnership of over one hundred foreign brokers and banks worldwide. He has held a number of senior positions at several securities firms since beginning his Wall Street career in 1966, after graduating from Yale University and completing his military service. Beginning in the early 1970’s, he became Senior Vice President for Capital Markets at UBS-DB (joint affiliate of Union Bank of Switzerland and Deutsche Bank), thus beginning an involvement in international securities trading and marketing that continues to this day. In the 1980’s he was successively Managing Director for Capital Markets at Dillon Read in London, Managing Director of his own European firm, and Chairman of the Cresvale Group’s U.S. operation. He is active in industry affairs. He has been a member of the Specialty Firms Advisory Committee of the New York Stock Exchange, and served as Vice Chairman of the District 10 Committee of the NASD. He is President and a Director of AXES, LLC, an electronic platform for routing, execution, clearing, and auditing global order flow. |
