Jonathan M. Colman joined the Company in 1994 as Vice President-Acquisitions and became a Senior Vice President in 1995 and an Executive Vice President in March 2003. A certified public accountant, Mr. Colman has over eighteen years of experience in the manufactured housing community industry. He has been involved in the acquisition, financing and management of over 75 manufactured housing communities for two of the ten largest manufactured housing community owners, including Uniprop, Inc. during its syndication of over $90 million in public limited partnerships in the late 1980’s. Mr. Colman is also a Vice President of all corporate subsidiaries of the Company. |
