Executive Vice President General Counsel and Secretary
Jonathan H. Yellen (age 39) joined FelCor in July 2006 and serves as Executive Vice President General Counsel and Secretary of FelCor. Prior to joining FelCor Mr. Yellen was a partner with Damon & Morey LLP in Buffalo New York where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions corporate finance and securities law. With more than 12 years of experience practicing law Mr. Yellen previously served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. and as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Digital Lighthouse Corporation.
In addition Mr. Yellen engaged in the private practice of law in New York with Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP and in New York and California with Latham & Watkins LLP. |
