Mr. Gordon's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including real estate workouts and the selling, purchasing, financing, leasing and developing of real estate related projects for a variety of clients including corporations, real estate investment trusts, banks and other lending institutions, investors, developers, owners and operators.
Mr. Gordon has extensive experience in representing institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and industrial properties, including bankruptcy liquidations, and the leasing and management of commercial properties, including telecommunication sites.
Mr. Gordon is also a member of the firm's Commercial Finance and Syndication teams and routinely represents national and local lending institutions in construction and development loans and various other commercial lending transactions.
Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Gordon served for five years as a trooper with the Michigan State Police.
