Jon McNally is Head of Forensic Investigations in CRA International. He has 26 years of investigations/advisory experience gained in the police and intelligence services, as the group security operations manager for a major plc and working with clients in the financial services, large corporate and other markets. He has led teams in a range of complex criminal, civil, and regulatory investigations. Mr. McNally has investigated financial crime for clients, including fraud, corruption, money laundering, proceeds of crime and terrorist financing risk, in business processes, and customer/counterparty relationships. He has led investigations for clients operating in the U.K. and internationally, including in Australia, Austria, Brunei, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Georgia, Hong Kong, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Spain, UAE, Switzerland and the United States. |
