Mr. DeLuca is the President and Chief Executive Officer of FiberNet. From 1997 to 1999 Mr. DeLuca was a Managing Director of Lago Industries LLC a private merchant-banking firm. From 1992 to 1997 he was employed in the leveraged finance groups of Lazard Fréres & Co. LLC and Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. DeLuca has a BA from Trinity College.
