John Zeitsch, Vice President recently joined CRA, bringing with him extensive experience in the development and application of performance measurement techniques and economic models both in Australia and overseas. He formerly was a director and principal at NECG, where he focused primarily on issues of benchmarking industry performance, analyzing industry regulation, and conducting financial and economic analysis of major infrastructure investments. He has undertaken influential benchmarking studies to assist numerous major organizations to measure their productivity and to assess the scope for efficiency improvements. Mr. Zeitsch’s experience crosses many industries and includes assignments for private and government organizations in energy, transport, agriculture, postal, telecommunications, the performing arts, water utilities, and mining markets. |
