John Thompson has over 35 years of finance, systems, legal, and operations experience in large and small technology companies. Mr. Thompson is responsible for directing and managing KANA’s financial functions. He was previously CFO at several public and private companies including Veraz Networks, Interwise, Manage.Com, One Touch Systems, and Photonics. Prior to those CFO positions, Mr. Thompson held management positions at both Oracle, including corporate controller and director of operations; and at Hewlett-Packard, including finance manager for HP’s entire computer group and division controller. Mr. Thompson earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University and a M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University. |
