John has been involved in commercial and multifamily real estate lending for 13 years. A graduate of the University of Missouri, he was with GMACCM for eight years assisting in originations, underwriting, and closings, successfully closing over $500 million in permanent, interim, mezzanine, and equity capital for many diverse types of real estate. John also worked for a conduit lender in Kansas City, Midland Commercial Funding (now PNC), and was part of an underwriting team that originated and securitized over $2 billion in mortgage backed securities. Shortly after earning an MBA from Rockhurst University, John worked for Midland Bank (now Commercial Federal) where he was in charge of a $40 million real estate portfolio as well as securing new loans. John has been involved in virtually all aspects of commercial and multifamily real estate including lending originations, underwriting, securitization, management, and closing. |
