Mr. Ryan has served as President of the State University of New York Maritime College since 2002 and as of June 1 2005 serves as acting chancellor of the State University of New York. From 1998 to 2002 Mr. Ryan was Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy. Mr. Ryan served as Commander of the Fleet Air Mediterranean in Naples Italy from 1995 to 1998 and Commander of the Patrol Wings for the U.S. Pacific Fleet in Pearl Harbor from 1993 to 1995. In 1991 Mr. Ryan was named Director of Logistics for the U.S. Pacific Command in Aiea Systems Corp Hawaii where he served for two years. Mr. Ryan is on the Board of Directors for Cablevision in Bethpage NY and the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro NC. CIT director since July 2003. |
