John Rasmussen joined Caris Diagnostics in January 2007 as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel. Mr. Rasmussen is an attorney with fourteen years experience in both private practice and as Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel for Advance PCS (Caremark). In private practice, he gained litigation and transactional experience servicing corporate and individual clients. His litigation responsibilities encompassed all aspects of case management from pre-litigation negotiation through trial, including appellate work. As corporate legal counsel, he managed a large volume of complex litigation, advised senior management and business partners on a full range of litigation, litigation prevention strategy, and related matters. He is admitted to Arizona, Nevada and Utah State Bars. Mr. Rasmussen holds a Bachelors degree in International Relations and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University School of Law. |
