As founder and managing principal of NightWatch Capital Group, LLC, Mr. Nemelka brings over 13 years experience of investment expertise to KANA's Board of Directors. Prior to founding NightWatch in 2001, Mr. Nemelka was a Partner at the Graham Group, where he played a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing direct investment opportunities for the firm's private equity fund. He also played a lead role in managing the firm's alternative investment portfolio. Prior to working at the Graham Group, Mr. Nemelka worked for Smith Barney (a Citigroup predecessor firm) in the Industrial and Transaction Development Groups within the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Nemelka earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. |
