John Lombard brings more than 29 years of industry experience to BÖWE BELL + HOWELL. As President of Field Operations, Lombard is responsible for managing company growth and continuing to solidify BÖWE BELL + HOWELL's position as the market leader for the document industry.
After completing his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering in South Africa, Lombard began his career in North America with Bell + Howell Canada in 1976. Lombard held numerous positions, including National Sales Manager, over a ten-year period.
Until 1992, he also held the positions of Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Marketing for all business lines at Pitney Bowes Canada, which employed more than 2,000 people. Most recently, as President of BÖWE SYSTEC's North American operations, he led the company to 10 consecutive years of growth and increased market share.
