John is an associate in Jones Waldo’s Business Department. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as general corporate counseling. John also has experience in secured financing and asset-based lending, subordinated debt financings, and other lending transactions.
Prior to joining Jones Waldo, John worked as an attorney in New York and Los Angeles.
John received his Bachelor of Arts in history from Brigham Young University in 1997 and his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University. While in law school, John was a member of the BYU Law Review. |
