John Hughes, age 62, became a director of the Company in 1984 and in May 1998 became Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a member of the Executive and Nominating/Governance Committees. Prior to his retirement, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1985 to May 2000. During his 35-year career, he held numerous positions with the Company. |
