John Henningsgard is a managing director in the health care practice of the public finance group at Piper Jaffray. During his 10 years of investment banking experience in this area, he has served as lead investment banker on financings throughout the Midwest and Western United States. His experience includes work on HUD 242 financings, and his technical expertise includes structuring new issues, advance and current refundings, escrow restructurings, investment of proceeds and pooled loan programs.
Henningsgard graduated from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota, with a bachelor's degree in economics and a concentration in government. |
