John Y. Williams is managing director of Grubb & Williams Ltd. (GWL), an Atlanta-based merchant banking firm and has been employed by the company since 1987. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Williams also serves as managing director for Equity-South Advisors LLC, a merchant banking affiliate of GWL.
Mr. Williams has more than 18 years of experience in investment banking, having worked for several firms throughout his career. Additionally, he has been a director of Law Companies Group Inc., an engineering consulting firm.
A graduate of the Harvard Business School, Mr. Williams holds a masters degree in business administration and a bachelors degree in engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. |
