Mr. Benn is currently the Company’s Chairman, CEO, and President. Mr. Benn has over 37 years in the financial planning and insurance industry. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Benn was Senior VP of Life Investors Insurance Company of America and Bankers United Life Assurance Company, and President of Trans National, Inc. He speaks nationally and internationally on 412(i), 419 Plan designs, and all aspects of charitable planning provisions of the tax code. He nationally conducts CPE for CPA's, CE for dentists, veternarians, and funeral directors regarding the redirection of tax dollars, how to avoid capital gains, and the minimization of estate taxes. Mr. Benn is also approved by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of National Continuing Professional Education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, and the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Bar Associations in Oklahoma, Georgia, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.
