John W. Adams joined ServiceSource in 2007. He is responsible for all financial and legal affairs of ServiceSource. With over 20 years in finance, John guides the company strategy to expand globally while improving operating efficiencies. Prior to joining ServiceSource, John served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of publicly traded companies. Most recently, he was CFO and Executive Board Member of Sygen International plc where he was responsible for Finance, M&A, Information Systems and Tax & Legal Affairs. John was also CFO of PeoplePC, leading the company's initial public offering. John has held strategic and financial planning roles at 3DO, The Walt Disney Company, Pepsi-Cola Company and Hewlett-Packard. He holds a BA in Economics from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at University of California, Los Angeles. |
