John T. Saunders
has over 10 years of investment banking experience. Most recently, he was a Vice President at Fleet M&A Advisors, a division of Fleet Securities, Inc. where he represented both public and private companies in strategic advisory and capital raising transactions. Previously, Mr. Saunders was a Senior Associate at Fleet Securities, Inc. where he specialized in providing corporate advisory services to FleetBoston Financial Corporation’s Middle Market corporate loan customers. Prior to his experience at Fleet, Mr. Saunders was an Associate in NationsBank’s Corporate Finance Group where he specialized in executing transactions for Private Equity Funds. Mr. Saunders began his investment banking career as an analyst in Merrill Lynch’s Public Finance Group where he worked on raising capital for municipalities, state and local governments. Mr. Saunders is a 1992 graduate of Morehouse College with a BA in Mathematics and a 1996 graduate of Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance. |
