Mr. Mayberry is the retired Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Dofasco Inc., a manufacturer of primary steel products. He holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and a diploma from McMaster University in Metallurgy of Iron and Steel. He has been awarded an Honourary Doctor of Laws from McMaster University.
Mr. Mayberry sits on the board of MDS Inc., where he also serves as Non-Executive Chairman. In addition, at different times during the period from 2002 to 2006, Mr. Mayberry served as a director of the following publicly-traded companies: CFM Corporation, Decoma International Inc., Dofasco Inc. and Inco Limited.
