Mr. Heald was appointed to Caraustar’s board in February 2006. He serves on the Compensation and Employee Benefits Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Prior to his retirement from the John H. Harland Company in 2006, he was President of Harland Printed Products for three years and from 2001 through 2002, Mr. Heald was President and Chief Executive Officer of Baldwin Technology Company, where he led the turnaround of the company. Mr. Heald served as Executive Vice President Operations for Sappi Fine Paper North America from 1999 to 2000, and worked at Union Camp Corporation for 22 years in several executive positions including Executive Vice President Packaging Group, Senior Vice President and General Manager Converting Division and Vice President and General Manager Container Division. |
