Mr. Robertsson is responsible for corporate finance and development activities throughout the CLP Group. He is an Executive Director of CLP Power Asia Ltd. as well a Director of CLP Australia Holdings Pty Ltd, Gujarat Paguthan Energy Corporation Private Ltd., Roaring 40s (CLP's 50:50 joint venture with Hydro Tasmania), OneEnergy Ltd. (CLP's 50:50 joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation) and other subsidiary companies of the CLP Group. Before taking up his current position, Mr. Robertsson was the Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury for CLP's international business. He has over 14 years of experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and project finance in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining CLP in 2003, Mr. Robertsson worked at ABB Financial Services in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Hong Kong where he held several positions including Director of Finance for the Asia Pacific region and the Global Transmission & Distribution business, as well as Head of Business Development for Asia- Pacific. Mr. Robertsson earned his degree in Financial Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics.
