LodgeWorks’ General Counsel and Secretary John Morse is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the Company, including the legal aspects of real estate development and financing. John has practiced law for more than 30 years, including over 25 years as general counsel for hotel companies.Before joining LodgeWorks, John was Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel Operations & Assets for Wyndham International, Inc. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Summerfield Hotel Corporation until its merger with Wyndham in June 1998. Prior to his employment with Summerfield, John served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for The Residence Inn Company and Residence Inn By Marriott, Inc. Before that, John was a partner in the law firm of Fleeson, Gooing, Coulson & Kitch in Wichita, concentrating on business and real estate law. John is a graduate of The University . |
