John R. Zurn is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group.
As a member of the real estate group, John's practice involves the representation of landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing matters, the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions relating to real estate, and the representation of purchasers and sellers with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate.
In General. John received his J.D., in 2006, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While in law school, John earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business. Before law school, John served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy for five years. As a naval officer, John completed five strategic deterrent patrols on the USS Michigan, an Ohio class nuclear ballistic-missile submarine. |
