John R. Nugent is the Chief Development Officer. Prior to joining Amedisys, he was Sr. Vice President of Development for AON Health Care Alliance working on various health system engagements throughout the country. Before AON, Mr. Nugent was President/CEO of LAMMICO Practice Management, a managed care and physician practice management company. Previous to LAMMICO, Mr. Nugent was the founder and CEO of Associated Health Services, a regional home health provider in Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma. He currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the National Association of Home Care and Hospice (NAHC), which helps develop legislative and regulatory policy for the home care and hospice industries. |
