John Horvack is a partner in Carmody & Torrance’s Litigation Group. John is a trial attorney who represents clients in complex disputes involving intellectual property rights. For over 15 years, John has represented clients throughout the country in patent, copyright, trademark, tradedress and trade secret cases. John’s clients have included international chemical, communications, software, watch and entertainment companies. As a result of his representation of clients in the area of intellectual property litigation, John has been named a Connecticut "Super Lawyer" and a "New England Super Lawyer."
