R. John Fletcher has served on the Board of Directors since March 2002. Mr. Fletcher is currently Chief Executive Officer of Fletcher Spaght Inc. (FSI) a strategy consulting organization which he founded in 1983 and Managing Director of Fletcher Spaght Ventures a venture fund. Prior to FSI Mr. Fletcher was a manager at the Boston Consulting Group. He has a MA in Finance from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Fletcher is a director of AutoImmune Inc. a public biotechnology company developing orally-administered pharmaceutical products Axrelis Technologies a semiconductor equipment company and Panacos Pharmaceuticals Inc. a biotechnology company focused on therapeutic solutions for infectious disease. |
