John Fischel is a trial lawyer whose practice encompasses the representation of a diverse spectrum of clients, including individuals, small business owners and numerous publicly traded companies. Mr. Fischel has successfully represented his clients in both State and Federal Court and has extensive experience in both jury and non-jury trials. Mr. Fischel has an active motions and appellate practice. Mr. Fischel’s clients include national title insurance underwriters, financial institutions, real estate developers as well as individual property owners involved in real estate disputes. Mr. Fischel’s practice also encompasses professional malpractice cases and catastrophic torts, where he has obtained numerous successful verdicts for his clients. Mr. Fischel joined Miles & Stockbridge, P.C. after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was managing editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
