John Patenaude has over twenty-five years of experience in financial management. Before becoming Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Patenaude’s other positions with Nashua have included Assistant Treasurer and Director of Taxes. Prior to joining Nashua in 1991 Mr. Patenaude has worked for various companies including Coopers & Lybrand Ausimont N.V. Sanders Associates Inc. and John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. He received a BS degree in Accounting from Boston College and a MS in Taxation from Bentley College. Professional associations include Financial Executives Institute N.E. Chapter; Director Senior Financial Executives of Northern New England: Director and Chairperson Advocate Committee for the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce; Director Greater Nashua N.H. Chapter of the American Red Cross; Trustee Union Chemical Superfund Site; and Trustee Cerion Liquidating Trust.
