John K. Wulff has been a member of our Board of Directors since August 2006. He has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Hercules Incorporated since July 2003. Prior to that, he served as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board from July 2001 until June 2003. Mr. Wulff was previously Chief Financial Officer of Union Carbide Corporation from 1996 to 2001. During his fourteen years at Union Carbide, he also served as Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer from January 1989 to December 1995, and Controller from July 1987 to January 1989. Mr. Wulff was also a partner of KPMG and
predecessor firms from 1977 to 1987. He currently serves as Director on the boards of Moody’s Corporation (where is Chairman of the Audit Committee), Sunoco Incorporated, and Fannie Mae (where he is Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee). |
