John Jay McCloy II is currently the Chairman of Gravitas Technology Inc., an information technology firm focused on the financial sector and was previously CEO of NCT Group, Inc. on whose board he still sits. Alongside his extensive business experience, John has strong transatlantic links and vital connections with Asia and Europe. Mr McCloy is currently a member of the US Council on Foreign Relations and is also a member of the Advisory Board of Princeton University (his alma mater). He is a Director of Ashland Management, Inc., Sound Shore Mutual Fund, Inc., Patriot Oil (UK) Limited and the American Council on Germany.
