John Kerin is a managing director and senior vice president based in Marcus & Millichap’s Encino corporate office. Mr. Kerin has been with the firm since 1981 and currently oversees the operations of 13 regional offices. He has been instrumental in the development of the firm’s sales efforts and expansion of new offices for 25 years. Mr. Kerin joined the firm as a sales agent in the Encino office in 1981. He ranked among the top 10 agents nationwide in 1985 and 1986 and was promoted to senior investment associate. In 1987 Mr. Kerin became the regional manager of the Los Angeles office. He was elected first vice president in 1994 and managing director in 1996. Mr. Kerin is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University. |
