Mr. Dolan is President and CEO of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation. He formerly served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the corporation. He joined First Commonwealth as VP/Comptroller and CFO in 1980. He has held various executive positions with First Commonwealth's affiliated companies. He serves on 10 non-affiliated organization boards-eight related to economic development-and formerly on the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy. He holds a BS degree in business administration from West Liberty State College (WV) and authored the Commercial Banking Chapter of the "Encyclopedia of Accountancy Systems." |
