John joined Pierce Atwood in 1987, after 18 months of workers’ compensation and civil trial experience at an insurance defense firm in Portland. In over 20 years devoted to civil litigation, he has handled a wide variety of matters ranging from product liability and other personal injury cases to construction litigation and fidelity and surety claims defense and counseling.
