H. John Riley Jr. (Director since 1997) is Chairman of Cooper Industries Ltd. (diversified manufacturer) since 1996 President since 1992 and Chief Executive Officer since 1995. He was Executive Vice President Operations of Cooper Industries Ltd. from 1982 to 1992 and Chief Operating Officer from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Riley is a director of the Allstate Corporation and Central Houston Inc. He also serves as a director of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI Inc. Greater Houston Partnership the Museum of Fine Arts - Houston Junior Achievement Inc. and the National Association of Manufacturers.
