John is a seasoned private equity investor focusing on rapidly growing early and mid-stage companies. John is an active board member for several startups leveraging over 30 years of operating and legal experience. John was a partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon where he practiced business law with a focus on corporate finance. He was actively involved with Clearnet Communications incorporation, growth and initial public offering. He held multiple roles at Clearnet including Executive Vice President of Carrier Relations, General Counsel and was a Director of the firm for seven years. John has previously served on the Board of Directors for a number of public and private firms as well as industry associations and non-profit organizations.
John received his B.A. from Trinity College, University of Toronto and his law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. |
