John F. Bard has served as a member of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company Board of Directors since 1999. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Bard was Senior Vice President (1991-99) at Wrigley and then Executive Vice President until he retired in 2000. Previously, he had extensive experience in the consumer goods industry at Tambrands, where he served as President and a director, and before that at the Clorox Company, where he was Group Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a director.
Bard also serves on the board of directors of Weight Watchers International.
