Director. Mr. Caldwell is currently the Chairman of the Restructuring Committee of the Board of Mosaic Group Inc., a provider of outsourced measured marketing solutions. He is also currently a consultant to GEAC Computer Corporation Limited, a software company, and was the President and Chief Executive Officer of GEAC from October 2000 until December 2001. Previously, he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CAE Inc., an advanced technology company which develops commercial and military flight simulation and training, marine control systems and advanced industrial products. Mr. Caldwell is also a director of Stelco Inc., Cognos Inc., Mosaic Group Inc. and Faro Technologies Inc. |
