Mr. Beletic has been a member of our board of directors since November 1999 and served as the lead independent director from January 2003 through February 2007. He also serves on the boards of wireless technology provider Tessco Technologies; digital wireless technology carrier Triton PCS Holdings Inc.; and virtual private network service and appliance provider Aventail Inc. Since 2002 Beletic has served as executive chair for network monitoring and intrusion detection company Oculan Corporation and as a partner with venture capital firm Oak Investment Partners. From 1994 until 2001 he served as chair of the board and chief executive officer for communications service company WebLink Wireless Inc. |
