John Young joined Sullivan & Cromwell in New York in 1990 and has been a partner since January 1998. He leads an exclusively Asia-focused practice that includes securities offerings and exchange listings, privatizations, mergers and acquisition work, joint ventures, debt restructuring, project finance and general corporate advice. Mr. Young first moved to Asia as part of the team that opened our Hong Kong office in 1992 and he was resident in Tokyo from December 2001 to September 2006.
