Mr. Whitcombe has served as a Director of the Company since March 1998. Mr. Whitcombe has been a partner in the law firm of Greenberg, Fields & Whitcombe, Torrance, California, since November 1994. From 1992 until November 1994 he was a partner in the law firm of Whitcombe, Makin & Pentis. Mr. Whitcombe is a Director and the CEO of the Oarsmen Foundation and a director of Little Company of Mary Hospital. Mr. Whitcombe is also a Director and Treasurer for both GLS Building Corp and Schuler Investment Corp. |
