Mr. McGinty has been the President of Peregrine Associates Inc. (a healthcare governance and leadership consulting firm) since 1997. He was the Managing Director of The Greeley Company (a healthcare leadership consulting strategic planning education and publications firm) from 1997 to 2003 and currently serves as a Senior Consultant. Mr. McGinty was a part-time faculty member at Indiana University from 1997 to 2001. From 1986 to 1997 Mr. McGinty was President and Chief Executive Officer of Southeastern Indiana Health Management Inc. and Columbus Regional Hospital.
