John C. Molina, JD has been employed by Molina Healthcare, Inc. since its inception and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Mr. Molina oversees all financial activity including corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, treasury and actuarial functions. In addition, he is responsible for executing Molina’s expansion efforts by overseeing the company’s business development, mergers, and acquisition program, during which time the Company has grown to have health plans in eight states, serving over one million Medicaid beneficiaries.
Mr. Molina is a Co-Chair of the Trustees of the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, California, a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Southeast Division of the American Cancer Society of California.
Mr. Molina received his B.A. in Economics from California State University, Long Beach where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University Of Southern California School of Law in Los Angeles.
