John Landis Senior Vice President of Client Operations joined Cerner Corporation in 1994. In his current role John is responsible for a broad range of sales and consulting operations including overseeing all corporate sales support functions.
During his tenure at Cerner John has served in a variety of executive leadership roles for virtually all sales and marketing activities.
Prior to joining the company John spent seven years in a management role for the Health Industry Marketing Segment of IBM Corporation. As an Executive for IBM he oversaw the strategic planning functions of market research activities. In addition he managed the development of business plans for market opportunities and sales force coverage strategies. In his first six years of post-graduate education John worked for the Medical University of South Carolina as a leader in that organization over seeing HIT implantations and numerous clinical department and faculty practice plans.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in business sdministration and a master’s degree in hospital and healthcare administration at the University of Iowa. |
