John Long's responsibilities include operations of Trans-Lux West, the company's commercial product division, and Trans-Lux Fair-Play, the company's catalog scoreboard division. He joined Fairtron, a predecessor of Trans-Lux Fair-Play, as Controller and Chief Financial Officer in 1996 and was hired by Trans-Lux in 1997.
Based at the company's production facility in Des Moines, Iowa, Mr. Long previously held positions in finance and accounting in both private industry and public accounting. A graduate of Central Missouri State University, Mr. Long received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He received his CPA certificate in 1970 and earned a Master degree in taxation from Drake University in Iowa. |
