John A. Ebe is a Director in the Investment Banking Group. Mr. Ebe has sixteen years of investment banking experience covering a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, shareholder defense assignments, raising capital in the public and private markets and providing general corporate finance advice. He has successfully participated in engagements and transactions for client companies with diverse ownership structures ranging from privately held, middle market companies with one or more shareholders to large, publicly held companies. He has advised companies in various industries including automotive, industrial, healthcare, telecommunications and business services. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Ebe was a Director with LSC Healthcare Partners, an investment banking boutique focused exclusively on healthcare services companies. While at LSC, he was responsible for all aspects of the transaction. Prior to LSC, John was a Vice President and founding member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Heller Financial. Previously, John worked at Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc., ABN AMRO Incorporated, Dean Witter Reynolds and EVEREN Securities. Mr. Ebe earned an MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in accounting and finance. He graduated Cum Laude with a BS degree in finance from DePaul University.
